Inductive Linear Encoders

Linear encoders based on inductive measuring technology (AMOSIN).
The encoder consists of two parts:
• Scanning head
• Measuring scale

Main Advantages:

3. Suitable for harsh conditions, vibration, and shock.
4. Corrosion-resistant (stainless-steel scale).
5. Magnetic field resistance and minimal hysteresis – thanks to AMO’s unique inductive measuring principle.

Accuracy:
• Resolution up to 0.05 µm (50 nm)
• Accuracy up to ±3 µm/m after linear error compensation

Interfaces:
EnDat 2.2, BiSS-C, FANUC, Mitsubishi, SSI + 1 Vpp, DRIVE-CliQ

AMO linear encoders are ideal for use in the medical industry due to their magnetic resistance, and for demanding industrial environments such as printers and CNC lathes.
In addition, the encoders are suitable for corrosive environments exposed to rain or marine conditions.
The encoder provides high precision and long service life, as there is no physical contact between the scanning head and the measuring scale.
