Electromagnetic clutches and brakes, suitable for a wide range of applications – there are many different types like clutch disc, clutch friction, clutch teeth, permanent magnet, and others.
The brakes are used to hold or stop a rotating application and the clutch are made to disengage \ re-engage the connection between the motoring unit to the rotating application, the difference between them is that the brakes should be mounted to the machine base or chassis.
