Electro-Mechanic and Manual Jacks

GROB offers both electro-mechanic and manual jacks for various applications. The electro mechanic jack is powered by a motor of choice, while the manual jack is operated by rotating a handle.

When it comes to load capacities, you can trust GROB jacks to handle a wide range, from 500N to an impressive 2,000kN. GROB providing a standard interfaces at the screw end and the base, and are flexible with stroke length to suit your specific requirements. GROB standard jack base comes in a cubic base version or a classic base design.

For low or medium speeds, the jacks are based on worm gear sets, while for high speeds, they are based on bevel gear sets. The manufacturer produces jacks according to customer specifications and can customize standard products to meet specific requirements, such as withstanding harsh environmental conditions and temperature ranges from -50ºC to 200ºC.

Different reduction ratios are available for the jacks, allowing for the desired speed levels. The jack unit can be assembled in multiple configurations, and options like screw end or nut end solutions can be chosen. The jacks can also be equipped with features such as dust protection, limit switches, encoders, additional outputs for brakes, and more.
