Slit Type Coupling

Simple by design, Reli-a-Flex® couplings are ideal for light actuation drives and accurate measurement systems. Reliance's slot pattern gives very good kinematic transfer of motion. Having radial rather than helical cut slots introduces negligible axial and radial bearing loads. The unique slotted beam also gives higher torsional stiffness and enables this coupling to outperform traditional one-piece couplings. Manufactured from aircraft grade aluminium alloy grade 7075-T6 with stainless steel screws.
