ETEL SA announced the official release of the QUIET isolation system in its POD format. With the QUIET active isolation system, you will experience unprecedented process stability, neutralizing floor vibrations and canceling out motion system reaction forces, ensuring flawless operation of your machine.

This product is the right answer to any vibration-sensitive applications in the Front-end and Back-end sides particularly for the new demanding Hybrid Bonding requirements.

The POD architecture has been defined in two variants, referred to as Small and Large, covering front-end and back-end application requirements.

The QUIET POD comes with a specific and user-friendly QUIET Commissioning Tool (QCT), helping the user in the integration, commissioning, and fine-tuning of the product.
